Many of us downplay the role of allergies in our lives—even when plagued by symptoms. But when we consider their economic impact, suddenly it's harder to dismiss our symptoms as "just allergies".
The Center for Disease Control and the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America report that allergies set the American economy back by more than 5.3 billion every year. Here's how:
