JUST ALLERGIES? THEIR 5.3 BILLION DOLLAR IMPACT

Many of us downplay the role of allergies in our lives—even when plagued by symptoms. But when we consider their economic impact, suddenly it's harder to dismiss our symptoms as "just allergies".

The Center for Disease Control and the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America report that allergies set the American economy back by more than 5.3 billion every year. Here's how:

Cost of Allergies

Even when we are at work, our allergies can be exacerbated. Re-circulated air, dust accumulation, and the stress of deadlines can trigger allergy symptoms.

When all the costs are factored in, it's clear just how important it is to effectively manage and treat allergies, in order to get the most from every day — at work and at home.
