MOM: For months, my son Tom, begged us to get a dog.

MOM: Mold loves moisture, so fix leaky sinks as soon as possible.
MOM: Rain gutters should extend away from the foundation.
MOM: Empty refrigerator drip pans often.
MOM: And run a de-humidifier in humid places, like the basement or garage.
