FLONASE should be taken as directed by your child's doctor. For children ages 4 years and older, the recommended starting dosage is one spray in each nostril, once a day. Children not adequately responding to one spray in each nostril may increase their dosage to two sprays in each nostril. Once nasal symptoms are adequately controlled, the dosage should be reduced to one spray in each nostril, once per day.
